Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
All Refills are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow several business days for processing.

There are no returns on Purim items.
